some polish town i can't pronounce, let alone spell...

well we made it back from krakow in one piece...today we were hitting up the schools again. we had two assemblies with about 100 kids each; the only weird thing is that we never quite know how much of what we're saying they understand. we had a translator of course, but sometimes it's frustrating, not knowing if you're even being understood. still we had fun; the kids loved it when we sang our new polish song :) i also did my first radio interview this afternoon--the best part was when cristina messed up a song, that we've been singing for 8 months now, mind you :) thankfully we weren't doing a live recording, so some fancy editing will make it sound alright...we hope...life on the road's still going pretty well; i definitely love that we are staying in the country. it's so peaceful, that i fall asleep sitting outside. if only things were so quiet back home. i am interested, though, to see how my vacation works out; i found out that i'm now staying by myself in budapest, with american friends of cristina's. it'll be nice to stay with americans, but my lack of hungarian language skills will certainly make things fun :) hopefully i'll make it back to germany in one piece, with lots of goodies to take home ;)
