fun times

this weekend was jam-packed with fun adventures.  on friday i got to baby sit for half of the day.  we had a great time together going to the park, coloring, and swimming at my parents' pool.  ari is such a fun little boy, and i love getting to be his "Aunt Melissa" :)

how can you not love him? :)

saturday started off with an 8 mile run (yikes!)  it was very satisfying to complete, but i was not a happy camper while working through it :)  ...nevermind how sore my legs were...after a bit of a rest, i headed off with access for a ride on the portsmouth ferry (first time!) and to the tides game.  it was a great time to hang out with friends, and enjoy one of my favorite sports (to watch ;)...to top it all off, the tides actually won the game!  woohoo!!  here are the pics...
