insert clever title here

don't know how to describe the past few days; wednesday felt like i was the walking dead--it's amazing that i even made it without falling asleep while teaching. the end of the week was battle of not getting angry at my students when they continue to do the opposite of what i tell them, and i have six students not turn in their homework. if only i could have one day where everything went perfectly...

but anyway, was talking with jacque yesterday, and she reminded me that God would not provide me with a job and then just leave me to flounder through it. no matter how inadequate i may feel, this is his plan for me right now, and he knows what he's
doing :) sometimes the simplest truths have to be beaten into our heads the hardest.

fighting some loneliness this week; still adjusting to being back into the masses, having no life outside of school/no one to hang out with at the drop of a hat. who knew being an individual could be so lonesome...

the song we're leading in church next month--
Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death
Your perfect love is casting out fear
And even when I’m caught in the middle of the storms of this life
I won’t turn back
I know You are near

Oh no, You never let go
Through the calm and through the storm
Oh no, You never let go
In every high and every low
Oh no, You never let go
Lord, You never let go of me

And I can see a light that is coming for the heart that holds on
A glorious light beyond all compare
And there will be an end to these troubles
But until that day comes
We’ll live to know You here on the earth
